Since 2007, personal trainer Ron Jones has been helping his students achieve their fitness goals with boot-camp-style workout classes at his gym, Fit To Go. His custom cross-training program comprises a combination of targeted workouts using a range of equipment—including cardio machines, ropes, and kettlebells—to burn through calories and build muscle.
