Whatever was used to clean the showers (towels, rags, etc) stunk really badly. I had to clean the showers again before they were used. If it were not for this I would have been able to say it was a great job. She really cleaned very well for 4 full hours.

The person that came out was unprofessional. She keep asking what she needed to do next. She cleaned my down stairs bathroom and didn't even pick a shirt up that was on the floor. It was poor quality.

I purchased a 3 hour cleaning coupon from Groupon, and the cleaning lady was not able to finish cleaning the first floor of my townhome, which is only 1000 square feet. Before coming, they did not tell me I needed to provide my own cleaning products, along with my own vacumn cleaner. I was EXTREMELY unhappy with the service. I have already communicated my feelings to this company, in addition to Groupon, and have no desire to have any communication with them in the future.

The owner of this company is rude. The cleaning lady was not thorough. I will never call this company again

Absolutely horrible cleaning company. Hired them to do both the Groupon cleaning (which was so-so) and a move-out cleaning on our old house (horrible). There were so many things left uncleaned on the move-out including cabinets, sliding glass door, top of refridgerator, that I basically paid for someone to come and dust and vaccuum. The new house that the was paid on the Groupon was better but still had missed areas.

Miscommunication on date to do housecleaning and then showed up after rescheduling, did not call to confirm time of arrival, cleaned half the house and left because the four hours were up! Never again. No follow up call either. If they could not clean the house in four hours, they should've had two people come to clean.

This was my first time using a house cleaner and I was a little skeptical bc I've heard of some cleaners not doing a good job and I am very particular about my house but I was very pleasantly surprised! Jorie did a great job and I look forward to using this company again.
