The food is amazing. Service not always the best though, but that can be endured for the amazing food

Tacos and salsas are flavorful. Paired nicely with rice & beans. Great little taco shop! Everything is mesquite grilled to get that delicious flavor. The shop on Mill is very modern and nice compared to the older location in old town Scottsdale. Patio & indoor seating. Busy after hours since they're open late.

From Our Editors

Naser and Ahmad Alatrash started Mr. Mesquite in Old Town Scottsdale with the mission to make the best street tacos. The brothers, as their name suggests, sizzle all of their fresh meats on a mesquite grill, adding a rich smokiness to the seasoned carne asada and pollo. They stuff their burritos and protein bowls with freshly made pico de Gallo and guacamole and serve-up fresh glasses of horchata to help customers beat the heat.
