Scheduling has been a nightmare. Can never reach anybody on the phone, their online scheduling isn't accurate, and when I do reach somebody they tell me they don't know how to do the scheduling so they'll have someone call me back (which doesn't happen). When I went for my first appointment for a mani/pedi, the nail tech was rude from the start. Then she proceeded to lecture me about politics and religion. Not the relaxing spa experience I would expect. I was not in the mood to debate with her, I just wanted to be pampered.

An effort to even make an appointment. Didn't receive a call back for three days. Booked my appointments both online and with a live person on the phone. When I arrived on time, I was told that because of scheduling problems there was only enough time to complete one of my scheduled services. No apology.....just rudely stated. Unbelievable. My classic pedicure was nothing special......no sugar lotion, hot towels, extra massage....nothing!!! Also there was a very lilmited selection of polish, very disappointing. Because the next client had not yet arrived, the nail tech Victorya said she would go ahead and start my manicure and just let the other client wait.

Took weeks to get an appointment because staff didn't return phone calls. Very small space and not well designed or decorated. Staff double-booked my appointment time, marked my Groupon as redeemed, and then told me I had to reschedule, without apology. When I expressed frustration about having received a confirmation email just the day before, I was told to "relax."

I arrived 15 mins early for my 5:30 appt, but the prior appt ran over and due to the other pedicure chair being broken, I had to then wait until the bowl was sanitized. I asked the tech since i had a gel manicure that still looked good, could I just get the pedicure and possibly upgrade from the basic to the deluxe. She didnt seem to know what was included in the upgrade so she said she would give me an extra "scrub". There was no extra anything and the leg/foot massage was very weak. Which disapointed me too because I was in a salon that also did massages. I chose a color that was apparantly old and very thick. It seemed to look okay when I went to bed (several hours later but when I woke up they were smugged and looked awful. My tech was very nice and personable, but neither her or the receptionist/massage therapist were dressed very professionally. If I would have chose to get the manicure, I would have easily been there another hour. I get mani/pedis regularly, and there is no comparison to an asian salon.

When I usually get a pedicure without all the frills, it always comes with a fairly long leg and foot massage. That is my favorite part. Because this was their groupon price, there wasn't really a leg massage to speak of. They put lotion on my leg and foot and that was it. I know the price was really good but I thought that was the point of getting a groupon.

I feel very disappointed with this business. A regular old manicure and pedicure, without acrylics or anything special, took 90 minutes to complete. This doesn't even include parts of a regular manicure and pedicure that I've ALWAYS gotten at EVERY nail salon I've ever been to such as such as the cuticle peeler tool or attention to calluses (all they do is lotion your feet). The lady who was giving me the pedicure even commented that I have runner's feet and asked if I have a foot file at home to address the soles of my feet. I said I do but explained it doesn't work all that great. I asked if they had anything to treat the callused sole and she said yes but that she had never done it at this particular salon and didn't even know how much it cost. End of story. She didn't even think to or bother to ask the guy who I assume was there and in charge. The salon was also out of the sandals so that you don't have to wait to let the polish dry on your feet if you happen to not be wearing flip flops (which I was not since I went there directly from work). I didn't want to wait any longer than the 90 minutes I had already spent there, so I walked barefoot to my car, carrying my sandals with me. I still have one more manicure and pedicure to redeem but at this point I'll probably just let it go to waste because what they do there is nothing I can't do myself at home.

All Hands On Deck was awesome. The staff were really friendly and inviting and they even set up a room for guest to wait in. We could watch t.v. and just relax. They get to know the customers on a first name basis which I feel is a nice touch. I got the gelish manicure and I LOVE it! It's already been a few days and I have no chips or messed up marks. I will definitely be going back and become a regular.

Did not receive the services purchased with groupon. One service was cancelled an hour before the appointment. Took 2 months to get an appointment. Staff was unprofessional and gossiped about eachother.
