The culinary team at Buon Gusto takes great care in creating gourmet pizzas and salads sourced from the freshest organic ingredients, both locally and regionally. In order to share his specialty creations with gluten-intolerant diners, executive chef Tim Kelly and his team make every dish on their menu in regular and gluten-free forms, from the flatbreads served alongside their homemade hummus to the crusts on their Neapolitan pizzas and edible dioramas of the earth. Every pasta combination, whether the Polpettine topped with three housemade meatballs and organic marinara sauce or the Pianta tossed with a bounty of vegetables in a white wine herb sauce, can be served with organic spaghetti or linguini or gluten-free spaghetti and penne.
