Great Food

I paid $18 out of pocket for a meal that cost $24. Not much of a discount. The only way you could spend the $35 the vocher was worth is if you ordered the most expensive item on the menu and we tried but they were out of that. We won't go back.

Keep up the good work.

The chicken was overdone & too salty. The shrimp basket was ok, but overcooked, as well. They need to remember that the cooking goes on long after it is taken out of the fryer. The salads were very good & homemade dressings. I believe they would have a good breakfast.

No Ribeye. Had to pay tax even though I didn't use near the groupon value.

The Groupon voucher by Sunny's was misleading. It stated meals up to $14.99 each for two and drink up to $2.99 each. Within the deal it stated $16 for breakfast, lunch, diner, Diner food for two at Sunny's Diner (Up to a $35.96 value) My omelette was $7.99 & waffle was $5.99 my guest skillet meal was $7.99 and two coffee's were $1.99 each. Our total came to $25.95 and with tax $28.55 which should have covered the entire expense. But instead I was charged an additional $8.14 for the waffle and tax and was not told that until after I had eaten the meal. If your going to trick people into your establishment with a special and in turn make more money off

From Our Editors

At Sunny's Diner, the Papamatheakis family brings more than three decades of experience running restaurants in the US and Greece to the table, preparing a hearty spread of American breakfast food, steaks and burgers, and Greek gyros and salads. Plates emerge from the kitchen filled with spaghetti in homemade meat sauce and meatballs, hand-breaded cod fillets, or crispy-tender southern fried chicken. As autumn leaves fall from the trees and winter scarves are burned away by the sun, the bill of fare changes with the seasons, but always supplies breakfasters with towers of pancakes and waffles. Lunch visitors can tuck in to grilled hot pastrami sandwiches or burgers smothered with homemade chili, and dinner guests can feast on sirloin steaks and desserts of fruit pie.
