You had to wait 5-10 minutes due to the line to get a 1/2 shot literally 1/2 ounce taster of beer. I ended up paying $2 for a bottle of beer at a beer fest and then left 10 minutes later. Poorly managed event in too small of an area.

There were too many "non-craft" beers there. Michelob ultra isn't even a beer let alone a "craft" beer. Bring in only what are truly craft beers. otherwise change the name of your festival to a "Beer Festival" No more. No less. Also. What on Gods green Earth were you thinking when you have two hundred+ people and two (2) portajohns?!!? That was a very basic part of planning and you dropped the ball on big time on that one. There were several good beers there BTW.

This event was a huge disappointment and a very big waste of money. My husband and I were upset that we purchased this Groupon at all, as it certainly was not worth the $30 we spent. The venue was far to small for the number of people who were there. The servers pouring the beer had little to no actual knowledge about the beer they were pouring (my husband goes to World of Beer in Viera about twice a month and he found he knew more about each beer than those pouring it). There was no beer to actually purchase if you found a type that you liked, with the exception of Budweiser and Bud Light. That was absolutely ridiculous. If you are hosting a "craft beer" festival, you should be serving craft beer. Not exclusively two beers that you can purchase at any gas station or Walmart. The lines were too long for samples and very unorganized (people starting lines at both sides of each table, making it confusing as to who was next and who was "cutting" in line. The porta-potties were located right at the entrance, which seemed odd to me. There was plenty of room in the back or at the sides of the venue to place them, so why were they directly next to where the beer sample lines began? Standing next to a smelly porta-potty to drink beer is not ideal. All in all, we were extremely disappointed in this "craft beer festival" and do not plan to attend ever again. We have also warned friends and family to never attend it, as it was over-priced and overall disappointing.

Give one cup to everyone, not a new cup at each table

This "festival" was an absolute waste of money. The lay out of the sample tables caused everyone to be on top of each other. You should have laid the tables out along the outskirts of the tent because people would get their sample and just stand there and hang out.The swig of beer you got to sample was warm by the time you got to the the front of the table and you expected over 300 customers to be served by only a handful of workers. The BBQ chicken I ate tasted like propane and the french fries tasted like fish. Not to mention I waited for 23 minutes only to throw the food away.

Need to manage the Groupon ticket holders better.

Be more prepared for a big crowd. More people at the check in line. More porta-potties. Otherwise it was good, thanks.

Not very interesting location, should have also had some food vendors.

From Our Editors

The Loughman Lake Beer and Food Fest, formerly known as the Titusville Craft Beer Festival, sets a spread of up to 70 domestic and craft beers for festival-goers to sample amidst the scenic vista at Loughman Lake. Since 2012, the festival has been a destination for fun lovers of all stripes: guests can chew the fat about their favorite baseball teams or play full-contact chess in the sports lounge, toast digital gladiators in the video-game area, or rock out to live music played throughout the day. Thanks to the new venue, the festival also offers a chance to jet across the wetlands on an airboat with reservations through the lakeside lodge.
