It took over 1 1/2 hours to do a simple oil change, even after having an appointment! Then they went through a huge list of supposedly need fixes, amounting to hundreds of dollars, that I don't think I need. They do this every time you go there.

I'm disappointed with their lack of honesty. I purchased the Groupon knowing that it covered up to 5 liters of oil. When I came in the front clerk, Chris, told me the same.
I specifically asked Chris if he would let me know ahead of time if it would be more than 5 liters and he said "of course."
Then, this other guy checked me out (he was a technician and he didn't give me his name). He told me he was going to charge me for the overage on the oil. I said what overage? He said they put 5.5 liters. I told him I knew of the rule but Chris told me they would tell me in advance if they would go over. He said it was only less than $5. I asked specifically if I would be told in advance!

I will never go back to AAA Northwest Ohio Car Care Plus. The employees were absolutely rude to me during my servicing.
