it was not what i was looking for. teacher write on the board bootcamp exercises of the day and everybody just have to do them, so we all do the same exercises .it's more like "on your own" type of workout than a class following teacher steps

These classes are twice a week and one is more extreme than the other but both are fantastic.
They really work your whole body and will alter the exercises based on your abilities.
Wish they did more parks (Withrow park please!!)
Super great, will do it again!
