The service was mediocre, the menu was not the same menu on their website either. Very limited and overall not appetizing. For example, their fish appetizer was basically fish sticks. Will never return or suggest this restaurant.

very poor experience...although the staff tried their best..there were so many inconsistancies...the menu was not the same as on line...we were told they just changed it...one dish was supposed to be over pasta..and there was no pasta...they did fix it, but the other person was almost done with their meal...the ladies room was up against another diner..almost their 1.5 hours...the chix dish was 2 very, very small pieces....etc!!!

There didnt appear to be anyone in charge, many groupon clients were there. The food was delicious, but the service was an absolute 0. We had to ask the busboy to send the child waiter over to take our order. Most of the specials, (appetizer, and dessert) were sold out, but were still on the board! That could have been easily fixed with an eraser!

Please correct your menu, the one you have on groupon is not the one you used. Also your food was over cooked and too pricey for what you are putting out.

I think that Groupon should not represent this restaurant any longer. First of all the menu they presented was NOT the menu posted on their website. We were told we could only order entree's under $20 - there were very few. Any beef or fish dishes were $35. Also the soup included and the salad were small portions and typically free at any restaurant - these were $7 each. The appetizers did not include most on the web site and they charged they were all overpriced. Since tax and tip are based on the original prices we owed an additonal $31. I did expect the additonal charge for tip. Also, they state there is a bar, which there is but they do not serve alchol. As a side note, there were three other patrons with Groupons all complaining and one young couple didn't have enough cash for the additonal charges. Luckily I have used Groupon before and have had good experiences but had this been my first time, it definitely would be my last.

Called to check on pricing policy when using a group on, any add ons, etc. Explained clearly.Said order off regular menu. However, the menu on line was not the one there. It was very limited and had few choices, which were overpriced for the quality. Service was good.

Lower the prices, make real food instead of frozen appetizers, get quicker and more responsive service, and don't run out of lettuce when you have only two tables full. There is no reason to run out when you are that dead unless you are not stocking yourself properly, and then it isn't really surprising you have no customers.

From Our Editors

Fresh herbs and local greens, aged parmesan, and handmade pasta. Chefs in Tuscany Flame's kitchen staff draws these items together when crafting dishes from scratch for a menu of Italian cuisine. Forks twirl in plates of pasta doused in housemade sauces with cognac and dill or white wine and lemon. For the steaks, chefs cut aged beef from the Midwest by hand, and an open flame sears chops and chicken and burns secret agents’ bad poetry. Diners enjoy the handcrafted fare in the burgundy-carpeted dining room or outside at umbrella-shaded tables.
