Inside a brick abode built in the early twentieth century, Self Centered Yoga & Fitness's certified yoga instructors guide students through the mind-body practice. The team welcomes students to this peaceful yoga retreat seven days a week to center their spirits and ease tension during Hatha and Release to Peace yoga classes. They can also build strength and flexibility with rigorous Vinyasa posture sequences, warm yoga classes performed in an 85-degree room, or just by wrapping themselves in a thick cardigan.
Though unassuming on the outside, with its sleepy Spanish-style roof sloping low into the front porch, the building houses an inner practice space replete with beautiful renovations such as polished hardwood floors and modern fixtures. It also maintains the building's original rustic charm.
