Great instructors, fun group to work out with at your own level, with really good coaching on form and encouragement to push your limits. Much better than the gym - more enjoyable and faster progress on fitness levels.

Rob Cantalicio has dedicated more than a decade to helping individuals work toward their health and fitness goals. At Zona Athletics, he continues this mission by leading workouts that use a variety of high-intensity exercises and functional movements to provide strength and cardio training. Throughout the course of a workout, attendees may heft medicine balls, bench-press weights, swing kettlebells, climb ropes, and perform lunges across a swath of astroturf. This variety helps keep students engaged by breaking up the monotonous routine of going to the gym, jogging on a treadmill, and dead lifting the treadmill and strapping it to your back to take home.
