It's a great workout...not too strenuous or difficult (but advanced levels can push themselves harder and do more that beginners). I think all levels are pleased with each workout.

First your so lucky to have such wonderful trainers working for you. Bethany and Chris are awesome. I've learned so much on making sure I'm correctly doing my excercised. They are good with ALL of us. One of the reason for taking this class was I felt so tired, and really acky, tight. I may be 48, mentally I feel 35, but body wise 75. But know I'm more flexiable, and I've not been able to do a situp in say sense my early 20's, and KNOW I CAN.. O WOW.. I know my core is getting stronger, and I'm feeling better each day thanks to your wonderful trainers.
