Formerly Body Women Only, Body Fitness is now a co-ed gym and wellness center. Members can burn off calories by using cardio and strength equipment, working with personal trainers, taking group classes, or talking sternly to their cores in the abs area. Classes include everything from yoga detox and Zumba to Pilates, TRX, boot camp, and spinning. After sweat sessions, members can indulge their hard-working bods with a massage or acupuncture, or visit the onsite salon for spray tanning, facials, and haircare.
