At Bootcamps Vancouver, dedicated and disciplined trainers inspire members to dig deep and work hard as they forge a fit and healthy body. Intense fitness classes take place outside, where participants work up a sweat performing lunges with medicine balls held overhead or kettlebells clasped in their hands. The trainers have experience in a host of fitness disciplines—CrossFit, krav maga, Olympic weightlifting, and competitive copper chewing. They emphasize core strength and proper form as they challenge campers to improve strength, agility, and coordination with each class.
