Kitsilano Community Centre's group exercise branch boasts a schedule of classes held seven days a week for all fitness levels and taught by a staff of instructors who continually fine-tune their fitness knowledge. The Step class features choreographed cardio, working legs in moderate to challenging routines and Cossack dances. The Gentle Fit class offers a milder regimen ideal for beginners and post-injury exercisers, and at the top of the sweat spectrum, the Full Body Blast class wields a full resistance-training workout peppered with punches of cardio to keep the heart healthily pumping. Each class is attended by around 20 students, ensuring each Chuck Norris-to-be has enough space to instill fear into each workout. This offer is only valid for group classes and does not include use of the centre's other exercise facilities.
