The Groupon was clearly a loss-leader; the simple job led to a bunch of questionnable additional work being done. Moreover, the work was not done very well. The new shocks that they installed were put in wrong and they left the wheel nuts loose. I had to do a roadside repair within 300 km of leaving the shop. It could have been catastrophic had I lost a wheel at 120 kmh.

Extra money on top of Groupon Like tax on full price not on what we pay on Groupon . That's too much and they told after finished the job .

Believe the actual work done was fine. Customer service could improve as I arrived and the service agent answered a phone call after my arrival and made me wait several minutes before getting back to me. The agent should have dealt with me first and put the customer on hold as I arrived first. so I was frustrated with this.
