At Om Prem Yoga Studio, tall windows draw in light to help create an inviting space where fitness and stress-relief mingle. Inside, experienced yoga teachers lead students through group, semiprivate, and one-on-one sessions, which range from gentle hatha and Pilates to Vinyasa-flow classes. Additionally, the studio hosts yoga-teacher training and workshops were students can focus on specific elements of their practice, such as standing postures, backbends, wall-rope supportive poses, and meditation.
