Awful small smelly place. Booking an appointment was a nightmare. They are overbooked, due to the tiny place ... also you have to work on their schedule you cant make your own, as they tell you to call and check availability. Not convenient at all. Post a schedule online so ppl can choose. No A/C at the place. Dont waste your money.

About Golden Gloves Fitness

Golden Gloves Fitness's trio of instructors use martial arts and boxing to help their students get in peak shape, recover from injury, or lead healthier lives. Coach Alex specializes in boxing and personal fitness, fusing the naturally cardio-intense movements of boxing with other exercises to help his clients burn fat and feel healthier in one-on-one sessions. Coach Slava uses his experience in the Russian military to incorporate military combat training, sambo, and practical self-defence into his intense boot-camp workouts. And Coach Terry teaches traditional martial arts, combining instruction in karate with a background in traditional Chinese medicine to help clients heal as they exercise by beating herbs to a pulp, then gently applying them to their skin.
