Sarasota Boot Camp is designed for experienced exercisers who wish to burn fat and sculpt muscle in a fun, outdoor environment. This boot camp has been awarded multiple Natural Choice Awards, voted #1 in the categories Favorite Weight Loss Program, Favorite Personal Trainer, and Favorite Group Exercise Program. Coaches take before and after measurements, help you set goals, and use positive motivation to ensure you achieve them. Workouts incorporate calisthenics (i.e. push-ups, sit-ups, squats), as well as equipment based exercises using medicine balls, bands, TRX, ropes, and dumbbells. No two workouts are ever the same, so they are never boring!
