Mind & Body Wellness Studio's Pilates mat classes satiate the need to hang, point, and lengthen the body via handy apparatuses such as foam rollers, rings, balls, bands, and free weights. With more than 10 hour-long classes to choose from weekly, students of all fitness levels have the chance to improve posture, restore balance, and strengthen the core. The passionate Pilates purists at Mind & Body Wellness emphasizes proper movement techniques designed enhance mobility and decrease post-class soreness.
