Such a great class and setting for SUP plus Yoga. They provide it all too!
Leah is an excellent instructor, she was very patient with us two newbies this morning. We had a great time, and will definitely do it again!
A great experience and workout! It's so much better to do yoga in the beautiful outdoors on the water than in a smelly gym room! They also have very nice teachers who happily accommodate all yoga & SUP levels! Oh, don't forget to wear sunscreen!

From Our Editors
Founded in 2011 by Sarah Tiefenthaler, YOGAqua takes Vinyasa yoga to the water. Using SUPs as yoga mats, a little anchor is dropped down from each board to ensure that practitioners don't float away. Then, the instructor takes students through the 90-minute class, using 30 minutes to learn how to work with the board, and the remaining 60 minutes going through various asanas.
