They must have gone out of business!!! They take your money but never ship the products!!!! And now their web site is down

I wish I could give this company less than 1 star. Absolute worst experience ever with a groupon. It seems like the company has gone under, but they are still accepting orders. There is no customer service to answer questions about order status and I ended up having to dispute the charge with my bank in order to get my money back. Seriously don't buy any groupons for GoPicnic!!

I placed my order on Sept 14, 2017...it's now March 1, 2018 and I still haven't received anything. It was "still processing" and now their website is down so I can't even check. I contacted customer services multiple times but never received any response. Save your money, this company is a POS scam!

I used my Groupon to place an order two months ago and have not received my shipment. I've left a message on their FB page and written a note to their customer service department to ask what's going on and have heard nothing from them. They took my money and disappeared! This company should go out of business.

I'd give them a zero if I could. I placed my order on Oct. 18th. Wrote an email on Nov. 13th saying I have not received my order. On Nov. 16th I left a voice mail saying not only have I not received my order, I have not receive a reply to my email.

Never shipped my order. Company would not answer the phone or emails. Groupon refunded my money.

I have called and emailed your company about this order, 10008456, but no one has responded. It has now been over a month since I placed this $40 order and haven’t received anything. So disappointed that your company went downhill in customer service so quickly. I will be notifying the Better Business Bureau.

Placed an order on September 21 with GoPicnic. I left a message and sent an email on October 18th to them to ask about my order and these have gone unanswered. I then contacted Groupon on October 20th about my issues and they promised to investigate. The only change that has occurred is GoPicnic processed the shipping charge on October 21st but I have still not received anything from them.
