Cool Cryo Spa is a health and wellness center that offers air cryotherapy, gentle chiropractic care, and massage therapy. We have infused weight-loss programs and non-surgical body sculpting with Cavi-Lipo and Lipo-Light.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

My inspiration is to help our clients look and feel good about themselves by offering non-invasive and affordable services that assist in natural pain relief and weight loss.

What do you love most about your job?

What I love about my job is that we get to help people that are in pain and overweight. We improve their quality of life and we do it with a natural, drug-free approach. All our services are relaxing with no pain and no downtime. Our whole-body cryotherapy is the newest addition and this cold-air technique has been just amazing for reducing pain and inflammation as well as speeding up recovery from athletic-type injuries.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

Many of our clients see immediate effects with the cold-air cryotherapy and so we are always excited to see one's pain decrease in something as fast as a 2–3-minute session. That is the most exciting part about cryotherapy: it takes very little time and the results are amazing.
