CBK Unified brings together Latin dishes from more than 21 countries under one roof. That means meals might start off with Mexican-style guacamole before progressing to a Peruvian-style lomo saltado steak stir fry or another beef dish, Puchero De Carnaval, the Bolivian entree featuring brisket, cabbage, potatoes, and rice. Chefs also whip up a Columbian chicken soup known as ajiaco, Salvadoran enchiladas, and Uruguay's national dish, the chivito sandwich. To make this sandwich, they top bread with steak, bacon, olives, mayo, mozzarella, and a fried egg.
The family-friendly eatery doesn't have any alcohol; instead, guests enjoy soft drinks and natural juices. Karaoke sessions and 33 big-screen TVs entertain diners during their meals.
