The team at Dream Cake uses fondant like sculptors use marble and clay. Since opening i 2007, the bakery has earned a reputation for creating cakes that meet and exceed customers' wildest imaginations. The team can bake and decorate multi-tiered graduation cakes with edible caps and diplomas, birthday cakes with the faces of famed cartoon characters, and wedding cakes covered in cascades of pink roses made of frosting. Since most pockets aren’t big enough to fit a full-size cake, the bakery sells smaller, more portable treats as well, including various cookies and cupcakes.
