It's a rare enough occasion to eat a meal prepared by a Michelin-starred chef. Rarer still is the opportunity to have one teach you how to cook. But that's exactly what award-winning chef Conrad Gallagher is doing through his eponymous business. Students can enroll in one of six cooking series, each of which has themes such as the Classic French Kitchen or Sunday Brunch. Chef Gallagher is also available to help consult restaurant menus, perform cooking demos at various events, and prepare meals for private parties or very discerning tree-house owners.
