Q&A with Kim, General Manager/Owner
Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
We have a smaller membership so that gives us the ability to know everyone's goals and we follow up and call our members to make sure they are doing well to reach their goals. We offer customized personal training for each individual member.
What's the most radical physical transformation you've seen a client make?
We have multiple members who have lost more than 100 pounds. But it's also great to see the confidence and swagger members have once they lose the first 10 pounds.
Besides working out, what else can clients do to spend their time at your facility?
We offer yoga, Zumba, boot camps, and one-on-one personal training.
Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?
We are a special club. We truly want our members to use the club and reach their fitness goals. We also trust every member with a key so they can workout 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in over 1,500 Snap Fitness centers throughout North America.
