At Ciao Bello Pizzeria Trattoria , "ciao, bello," (hello, handsome in Italian) may not only be the way you greet your dinner date, but also your dinner. That's because owners Rico and Alfonso pile their pies with figs and prosciutto, fresh clams, italian tuna, and other gourmet toppings that go way beyond the typical sausage and pepperoni. In addition to brick-oven-baked pizzas, they also plate up chicken parmesan, pan-seared Alaskan salmon, and veggie paninis, plus just about every shape of pasta that's suitable for eating or crafting into a necklace. Pizza is even revisited on the dessert menu, which includes sweet Nutella and s'mores pies.
