Their online system redeemed my two Groupons but only one was applied to my order. Since both Groupons were redeemed, I cannot access them again. I am currently trying to resolve this with Smuin Ballet before requesting a refund from Groupon.

Redeeming groupons is horrendous. Their website is not handling the redemption process. I bought 17 tickets! I assume the ballet will be great but not sure if we'll make it there!
