The Tour was cancelled 4 times, we finally ordered more tickets through the site because it was cancelled each time due to low numbers in the tour group. When we went to the meet the tour guide, they never showed up. Our group of 10 and 10 other people waited for well over an hour. Groupon gave me my money back fast, but the tour company took weeks to refund my money and made me work really hard to get it.

Tour guide never showed up. Company was not helpful in tracking them down nor did they call everyone to let us know what was going on. We waited for 30 minutes until we called it quits.

Booked a tour in mid July for September 4th. The company redeemed my groupon on August 25th. On September1st I received a text at 6:45am telling me my tour was cancelled due to low attendance and prompted me to reschedule. I had a vacation planned for the 4th... next tour isn't until the 18th and after that not until the next month. WHY ARE THEY REDEEMING GROUPONS BEFORE THEY ARE USED!?!? Tried to call the number Best Tours provided to reach a human and it is just a recording. (I tried every prompt). Attempted the online chat, but no one was available... It just said to leave a message. Someone finally responded on the 3rd via email but all they suggested was that I reschedule, and keep sending me emails for BOGO on my next tour. (Like I really want to do business with them again). Horrible customer service, horrible company. On a brighter side groupon customer service was EXCELLENT with trying to help me out. The Groupon rep sat on the phone with me for over an hour attempting an online chat for me with Best Tours. Thank you groupon for trying to help. Shame on you Best Tours for your lack of customer service. Shame on you for redeeming groupons and then canceling tours.

I am not pleased with the attention given to me as a paying customer. I booked a tour weeks ago. Just before the tour, I get an email stating its cancelled due to low numbers. I tried to rebook, to no avail. They only offer one date, when I'm out of town. So, I tried to call, I could not reach live person. I was always directed to contact them online...I did! To no avail! Not good business.

I have tried to go on this tour three different times and it has been cancelled all three times with only a couple of days notice. Every time I try to contact customer service, it takes over a week to get back to me and they are no help. Don't take this tour.

I scheduled the tour for June 5, but the tour was cancelled the day before. I have been unable to reschedule through the link provided in the email sent by Best Tours. I have also been unable to reach the company via their "live chat," which is a farce! At this point, I would just like to get a refund and never have to deal with this company again!

I have tried to book three times in the past few months that I've visited DC for weekend trips and they have cancelled each time. They have refused to refund me the amount as I purchased the ticket from Groupon. I just hope it isn't too late to request a refund.
I was given notice the day beforehand that my tour was being cancelled due to a "low attendance" rate. I thought I'd give it another chance (and a third), but the same instance kept happening. I give up on this tour.

They cancelled our tour the day of the event. I never got my money back. It was a complete nightmare. I was so disappointed.

Best tours cancelled the tour because too few people signed up. Then wouldn't allow me to reschedule the tour for the next three days! I had to schedule the 4th day out. By that time I had already left the city and wasted all that money! Extremelt poor customer service and no flexibility once the tour is booked. If you decide to use this groupon best of luck getting a tour on the date or time you want. I'm sure the tour (once you make it) is great
