The location needs to be well versed in weather protocols. To tell patrons the concert is cancelled and then for a patron to find out that conxert still occurred is jusy shameful.

We had fun but it was definitely not the type of crowd I want my teenager around. We both were kicked in the head from body surfing and people falling and the aroma was an experience as well.
