Q&A with the Marketing Director

What is one of your signature services? How is it performed?
We value our patients’ time and do same-day dentistry whenever possible. We perform crown procedures, start to finish, in office the same day. We have an in-office lab for partial and denture adjustments and repairs. We provide many cosmetic procedures, including Invisalign [and] Zoom! whitening. We now have the ability to take a 3-D image/CT scan for more complete diagnosis.

What is one fun, unusual fact about your business?
We do a candy buy-back for the troops every Halloween. We have a mascot, Pearl E. White.

What steps do you take to make your clients feel at ease?
With each new patient visit, we give a tour of our office so that patients know where everything is. Every patient is offered a healthy snack, fresh-brewed Keurig coffee, or water. We do a complimentary benefits check to evaluate a patient's insurance eligibility. In the treatment rooms, we have a 'Comfort Care' list, allowing patients to select different comfort items, such as a blanket, music, neck pillow, etc.

Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?
We offer a dental-savings plan for our patients without dental insurance, making treatment more affordable. We are happy to work with patients to set up comfortable monthly payment arrangements.
