This has been the most unprofessional company I have ever had to work with. My initial contact PRIOR to purchasing was very pleasant and they confirmed they could service my area. However, when I called to schedule, I was rescheduled 4 times (twice they didn't even call to tell me; they just didn't show up and I had to call them). To clarify, they said that they would honor the groupon past expiration since the original appointment was scheduled before the expiration date. After the expiration date, they said they could no longer service my area so all they could do now was give me a refund, but they never did. I have called this company about 7 times, using 3+ different numbers for different branches they use and none of them seem to talk to the other. They are so disorganized and chaotic. I just want my money back and to never have to deal with this company again!
I am so beyond disappointed with this company. I bought my Groupon several months ago, left messages several times to schedule an appointment. No return call. My husband emailed and email was not returned. I finally got through and scheduled my appointment for a Tuesday June 28th 1-3 window.
I then received a call on Monday, the day before asking to change my appointment because they are based out of Illinois and are only in my area every 2 weeks. If you do not service my area regularly, why is a Groupon coming up in my search? Apparently a different place schedules the appointments but doesn't communicate with the ones who actually come out. So reluctantly I rescheduled for today. When rescheduling, the only time they had was 12-2 timeframe. I work and couldn't be home until 1:00 but the customer service rep told me that she would have the driver wait until I got home since I had the inconvenience of rescheduling.
Last week I received a call confirming my appointment and was told my timeframe again of 12-2. I again explained that I would not be home until 1:00. This customer service rep questioned why I would schedule it then if I couldn't be home. I again explained what had happened and that I had to reschedule. Long story short, she told me point blank that if the technician gets to my house early and has to wait, they will only wait 30 minutes and I will need to reschedule if I wasn't home. I told her that I had arranged this with someone and been assured that my timeframe could be accommodated. She pretty much told me that it wasn't her problem and that was how it is. We left the conversation with, if I am home, they will come, if I am not, I am out of luck. I realize that I am a Groupon customer and not a "full paying" customer, but please do not treat me like I am trash.
Fast forward to today. I rush home to make sure that I make the time frame. 1:30 rolls around and I receive a call that they can't come until 3:00. (Although I appreciated the call, my timeframe was 12-2). I thanked them for the call and waited. The technicians came a little before 2 and were very nice. They took a look at our furnace and vents and looked at my Groupon. My Groupn was for $289 worth of services which seems like quite a bit to me. They basically said that the Groupon was for routine maintenance and they could price out what the cleaning would be since we haven't had the vents cleaned every year routinely. I did not want to spend anymore money hence why I purchased a Groupon. I completely understand this and don't blame them at all. I chose to return the Groupon and will for sure never waste my time with this company again.
I have been rescheduled 3 times, each time a month out. The scheduling team is out of Arizona and has no communication with the local team providing the service. They redeemed the groupon at the time of scheduling and now I cannot get a refund. I don't know if this is a scam, but it sure feels like it! I have a feeling I will be getting re-scheduled to a point where my groupon is expired!
The woman was rude, cancelled me twice. I asked for a credit and still have not received it. Horrible experience
