What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We believe in fair, honest, and ethical business practices. We do this by having upfront pricing for all common services posted in store and on our website. We have a no fix, no fee, guarantee; basically if we can't fix it we don't charge you anything. We try our best to please every customer.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
After working in the IT field for 10+ years I wanted to open a store in a smaller community to offer some of the big city services without the inconvenience of having to leave town. Hoping that opening in a smaller community I could help support the local businesses and promote new growth.
What do you love most about your job?
We are problem solvers and almost every day we get to help fix a problem that a customer had when they came in. Nothing makes us happier than performing a service that truly helps someone.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
One customer cried when we managed to recover old pictures from her crashed hard drive. She had irreplaceable pictures of family, some she said had passed away, that she thought had been lost. She told us thank you over & over, but the gratitude on her face said so much more. That was a great day!
