The class was Thai cooking, but Isaac didn't seem very prepared and it was more like bad Chinese than Thai. Prep better and you'll do fine

wait staff very nice but obviously not trained. Food was not hot, tasted warmed up not cooked to order. Parts of menu not listed as on add and limited choices. People should be told this is not a gourmet supper club, very, very casual with no intimate atmosphere. No drinks, out of diet coke,

The restaurant should close and not reopen until there are sufficient staff for the kitchen and dining area. If the restaurant is going to be advertised as "gourmet" then there needs to be significant improvement in the ambiance and other aspects of the dining experience such as providing glasses with ice for pop, offering water, etc.

It was a very nice experience, we took a class and my husband and I helped him prepare the dish he was to serve the class, I really enjoyed that. Thanks Issac and keep up the good work.

It was not really cooking lessons. It was really more like kitchen assistant work. The 'class' was not at all organized and the experience was quite chaotic. The facility is not at all nice. The recipes were not distributed nor were the instructions. Dinner was not really ready until after 9:00 pm. A suggestion would be less food, more instruction. Focus on teaching and tasting. Honestly, Isaac didn't really seem to be into the teaching aspect at all.

It was advertised as a cooking class- not a cooking demonstration. It was supposed to be a romantic Valentines Day dinner and it was served on paper plates and plastic forks???? There was plenty left over but nobody was offered seconds. It was a joke....and I paid $39.00 for it. Chef Isaac raked in the money that day AND everyone that bought the Groupon got raked over the coals!!!! VERY UNHAPPY.

From Our Editors

Chef Isaac introduces foodies to a palate-pleasing style of cooking he learned under the tutelage of his father, a student of legendary recipe maker Julia Child. While lingering in the aromas and sung notes that filled his childhood kitchen, he soaked up the skills that would lead him to create a menu that was praised by Dine Michigan. Roasted chicken tempts tongues alongside barbecue ribs, sliced pork tenderloin in a white-wine sauce, and handmade meatballs with vegetable-infused tomato sauce. One who vows to leave stomachs satisfied, Chef Isaac pairs his entrees with gourmet takes on mac 'n' cheese or warm spinach salad and ends meals with a sweet note, such as the apple flambé, which sizzles and spits like a surly tea kettle.

After experiencing a particularly long wait at a restaurant one evening, Chef Isaac decided to expand his culinary reach into the homes and minds of his clientele with a slew of delicious services. Cooking classes divulge his techniques with comfort foods and healthy cooking or guide students through the creation of specific dishes such as stuffed pasta with meatballs. Chef Isaac also brings his skills and signature menu into patrons' homes, thereby freeing up more time for them to spend with their families or search for patterns in taped episodes of Press Your Luck.
