They do not specify that you need an appointment. So the first time we tried to get it done we were told to go make an appointment then come back. We did and my husband took his lunch break to get it done it was not a short distance so he only had just enough time to get there and get it done. When he got there ( at his appointment time) There was a note on the door stating " gone to get more parts" so my husband waited 20 min and no one showed- so he called the main office and had to reschedule AGAIN. We finally got it done that evening- the guy said sorry but didnt offer to take off the extra $3 disposal, which i would of liked. We wont be back. Just tried to save a few bucks:(
