Jaye, the founder of Proud Wineaux, can determine a left-bank from a right-bank wine from Bordeaux simply by tasting it. Her cultivated palate derived from more than a decade of working at some of the best restaurants in the world like the two-Michelin-starred Jean-Georges, The Mansion on Turtle Creek, and several other NYC hot spots.
Her one-on-one and group wine teaching program has helped thousands explore the world of wine in a friendly environment free of pretension.
