I am really enjoying this class. I had never tried barre before, its a great low impact, whole body workout that is quickly showing results! The instructors are proactive to learn if you have any injuries and will explain alternative movements to you during the class. Its hard but I love it!

I really enjoyed my first class. It was challenging but fun. The instructor was very encouraging and motivating.
I think it's a wonderful place with great classes and great instructors! Each class is different, so it does not get tedious. The instructors are very helpful and always offering modifications.
This barre studio is a great way to stay in shape. The classes/instructors are great. I love the big windows in the studio.
Defiantly worth a try, I instantly loved it and can see myself becoming addicted to this exercise!

Wellesley Body in Motion was originally founded in 2000 as a Pilates studio, but it has since expanded. Today, instructors help their clients power through weight-loss plateaus with two unique full-body workouts: Barfusion and Pilates. Whereas Barfusion blends ballet-barre work, Pilates, weightlifting, and flexibility training for students at different points in their fitness journey, Pilates takes a slightly different approach.
