Every day at Jon Smith Subs’ locations across Southern Florida, sandwich-makers slice thin sirloin steak and chicken breast, marinate it, and grill it to order. Along with farm-fresh veggies, these meats fill up fresh-baked Italian and whole wheat sub rolls until the chefs have created their signature overstuffed sandwiches, such as the steak and cheese with onions—or "the one that started it all" as it is affectionately labeled on the menu. You can still sink into that classic sandwich or Jon Smith’s signature Bomb subs. The menu includes more than 35 subs, sandwiches, and giant cheeseburger subs. Cooked-to-order french fries complement these and other options ranging from Cuban sandwiches to Gator Subs and salads.
