I felt the voucher was misleading as there were significantly additional costs to the program that the voucher did not cover. The voucher said it covered "goods and services" and it definitely did not cover goods. The directions were incorrect and the confirmation of the first consultation stated a "free consultation" visit although it had already confirmed a Groupon had been purchased. When explaining the costs of this voucher, it stated that this "free" consultation cost to be $60.
