We couldn’t stay due to a last minute illness. These people wouldn’t even let us use the value of what we paid to stay a different night which they advertised at a lower price. Never would I stay here even if it was free.

The bed was very comfortable and the staff was great. The reason I gave them 4 stars is that the bathroom was extremely small, the plumbing was exposed and we could only open one of two windows besides the AC / heater making this annoying noise all night....

We did have a problem with Groupon and the Hotel finding my reservation. We prepurchased three months in advance. Kings Port could not find my paid res thru Hroupin. Finically after many e-mails and phone calls we confirmed. It was a worried up till two days before leaving. Kings Port Inn was very kind and upgraded the room Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would recommend!

We had the jacuzzi suite with a king sized bed. They stay was wonderful. The room was very cozy and the jacuzzi was very relaxing. Which is exactly what my husband and I were looking for. We only stayed one night but did have the pleasure of enjoying free breakfast. The woman (didn't catch her name) was so friendly and pleasant. She made delicious waffles. We definitely plan on returning.
