BEWARE: ONLY SEES GROUPON CUSTOMERS ON THURSDAYS & HAS A 24 HOUR NO EXCEPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY. I called at 9AM to cancel a 2PM appointment because the schools are closed due to the subzero temperatures and I have two small children who can’t sit in the lobby for 1.5 hours. I was rudely informed by the owner of her 24 hour policy and that her system redeems the Groupons automatically in the morning and that there is nothing that she can do about it. In my opinion, weather conditions that prohibit attendance of appointments is a cost of business not something you pass on to paying customers (I even had another non-Groupon appointment scheduled for the following day -which I also cancelled following this experience). Thank goodness I did not let this woman touch my face or teeth…can you imagine how much time and attention she invests if this is her demeanor and how she runs her business. And seriously she isn’t bright enough to come up with a way around honoring the already redeemed Groupon…please…disgusting and pathetic!!!
