At Fit Body Boot Camp, exercise is focused on much more activity than repetitiously heaving weights while planted in front of a mirror. During 30- to 45-minute sessions throughout the week, Fit Body’s group workouts help students to burn calories and gain muscle mass in a group setting while adding spontaneity to programs to make them more enjoyable; on any given day, students may duck and weave through an obstacle course and on another perform pushups and barbell curls.
In addition to the exercises of the day, the boot-camp program also concentrates on nutritional coaching and motivational training to help clients to meet their goals. Since classes are based mostly on resistance training, students of all fitness levels are able to jump in and achieve results while feeding on the positive, encouraging energy of the group class. Fit Body supplies all the equipment, and clients need bring only a water bottle and their own entrance music.
