Geeta Palombo, the owner of Fly High Dance and Fitness, led an active life of athleticism until her Lupus diagnosis over a decade ago. Determined to continue her lifestyle despite her disease, she researched ways to become active again. She opened Fly High Dance and Fitness to teach members alternative ways to maintain health while staying fit and motivated. Over the last six years of her journey, she became a certified personal trainer and nutritionist and also gained a vast knowledge of techniques ranging from ballet barre to pilates.
