Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
We have a knowledgeable, talented, and motivated team of Instructors that are here to guide you in reaching your health and wellness goal. We have a variety of classes to keep you going and provide the body a challenging yet fun full-body workout every time. We are a fitness family that holds one another accountable and provides support and encouragement throughout your journey. Once you join, the addiction to exercise and feeling your best will keep you coming back for more...and we are waiting for you.
What's the most radical physical transformation you've seen a client make?
I have had clients transform not only physically but mentally and emotionally, and [some have] beat illness through exercise and nutrition. We have had a significant drop in weight and body fat in both men and women who have been committed and stuck to our program. Every one is different ... we specialize in personalized service and keep you accountable and on track. We are not focused on the number on the scale—we are focused on sharing our knowledge that this is a lifestyle, not a fad. We push for natural decreases in weight and body fat through hard work and commitment. There are no shortcuts, this is your body, and to learn how to make it work at it's natural potential is what we provide. You will see increased stamina, endurance, self-confidence, weight loss, body-fat reduction, drops in clothing sizes, strength, flexibility, and more. Who doesn't want to feel the best they have ever felt?
Do you run your gym according to a particular exercise philosophy?
We want your experience to be fun yet challenging. We want you to leave knowing that you gave your all and you were pushed to your own limits. This is not a competition; this is a safe zone for all fitness levels and genders to come and work hard in an environment full of support, encouragement, and high energy. We are a TEAM, and when one succeeds, we all succeed.
Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?
We have a 5000-square-foot facility that is beautifully set up for a comfortable environment with a variety of classes, knowledgeable instructors/trainers, and a group of encouraging and supportive people. Our main goal is share our paths with those who are looking to seek their best self physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. You will find that challenge here, the only one holding you back would be yourself. Come get the tools to change your life.
