Very pricey. I suspect the prices are very high because they always have a 50% off coupon available. With the coupon and my Groupon, the price was more reasonable. Original quote for a 16×12 with frame, mat, and uv glass was $1000! Evan was very helpful in selecting possible frames.

Really, really, friendly and informed customer service. You can tell they care about what they do and don't have a problem spending some time with you. I ended up getting a much smaller piece framed instead of the one I originally brought in: about 24" x 10" painting- it was $800 with the frame, matte, and museum glass I first chose- and once I selected a less expensive matte, frame, and glass, it just didn't do the piece any justice). A '$100 worth of custom framing' Groupon will only make a small dent in the price unless you are framing a small piece with a very basic solid-color frame, standard glass, and plain paper matte. Next time, I would like for Groupon to give some idea of price range so I can make a more informed purchase decision.

Marina at the Pasadena location was wonderful. She was patient, very helpful and did not make me feel bad for wanting to use my groupon and the 50% off coupon.

I loved the pictures I got framed, but it wasn't cheap even with the groupon. I love the attention to detail and your customer service is top notch. I have received handwritten cards and a phone call from a new employee who was taking over the clients of the gentleman that helped me. I don't have anything else to frame, but if I did I would save up and go back for sure.
