I have used Groupon for the Frame Store in the past and always look forward to more special offers, because framing is so expensive. Marina, the sales representative, has always helped me pick out the PERFECT frame for every item I've taken in. She has an amazing eye, a lovely, helpful demeanor and is open to suggestions/doesn't push her point of view onto you. I trust her judgement and recommendations and was very impressed with her knowledge. I will definitely come back again! Thanks Marina and Thanks Frame Store!

The groupon is treated like its not even worth anything. They triple mark up frames, glass, products and service so that the groupon is useless. The finished framing is sub par and
so overpriced. This feels more like a scam than a reputable framing store.
