We've been very happy with both items we had framed there! The advice was just as good or better than what we have received at some of the specialty framing places.

FrameStore is incredibly expensive. Even with their "50% Off Custom Framing" & a Groupon. I ended up making framing choices that I would not have made just because of cost. I'm only moderately happy with the finished product.

The salesman I used on Sunday morning was very nice and professional and provided a nice environment for me to make my own decisions without feeling pressure. It was not like other frame stores I had been to who really pressure you into buying the more expensive options. I would definitely go back with other works of art that need custom framing and enjoyed my time there. I can't remember that guy's name, but he was excellent.

Nice people and very helpful. They did a fine job, as well, but their prices were pretty outrageous.
