I did get good service. however, I felt taken advantage of because the prices were so expensive. I used my groupon and it still cost me over $85 to get something simple framed. I even opted for NO GLASS. They explained by saying how costly custom framing was...the overall value and service did not translate. I felt really ripped off. I had two standard sized pics to frame and I could only afford one at a time so I had to go back on another groupon to get the other done. It ended up costing me $200 above the groupon price

they did a great job. Unfortunately, I chose a frame that still cost me a lot more then
the amount my coupon was for. But it was worth it!

They are awesome. Curtis in particular. He is so knowledgeable about framing options and has great suggestions on ways to frame your art whether it's a painting by your child or a priceless piece of art. (some would say the painting by your child is priceless and Curtis treats everything as if it is priceless) He is so respectful of the art. Their customer service and attention to details is so refreshing.

very helpful staff, BUT Framestore has a 50% off coupon in mailers almost every week, so the Groupon is no bargain at all and you do not have to "commit" and lay out money with the coupon as you do with the groupon. It is disappointing to find the same offer being made where you just present a coupon instead of buying a groupon.

It is quite expensive. But it was a pleasure working with Susie. She knows her stuff. Even though I got a good deal I still paid alot of money for frame. Chances are I will go back to Aaron Brothers only becasue they are cheaper & do a good job,
